Kopaonik National Park is located in the central part of the Republic of Serbia.
Due to its natural values, in 1981, Kopaonik was declared a national park. The Kopaonik National Park covers an area of 11,810 hectares and is one of the most important centers of biodiversity of the endemic flora of Serbia in the number of endemic species.
