Aviv Park Zvezdara is located in Živka Davidović Street No. 86 (across the road from Rudo building on Konjarnik) and spreads on an area of one hectare.
It was built on five levels, with a total gross area of 13,000 square meters, of which 11,500 occupy a retail space. There are 270 parking spaces available for visitors. This is the third project of the Israeli company Aviv Arlon in Serbia, which previously opened the first ritejl park in Pancevo in 2011 and then the ritejl park in Zrenjanin.
