Museum of African Art is a museum in the Belgrade settlement Senjak, in the municipality of Savski venac, opened on May 23, 1977. It is located at Topčidersko brdo in Andre Nikolića Street no. 14. It consists of a permanent setting made up of several thousand objects from the area of the African continent.
The museum originated from a collection of original art objects that, during their long stay in Africa, were collected by Veda Zagorac and Zdravko Pečar, who received a written permission to leave from countries in Africa for all subjects, and donated it to Belgrade in 1974. Building of the building was made possible by the Assembly of the City of Belgrade. The collection consists of religious magical, decorative and use items made of wood, bronze, textile, stone, ceramics such as masks, bronze and wood skins, then fabrics, jewelry, musical instruments and miniature bronze plastic that is presented with 450 measuring gold from Ghana.
